A Deep Thank you

2025 has been challenging but we’re moving through and the holiday season is approaching. A few appointments remain through the end of the year.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been patient and understanding as I’ve navigated some frustrating health complications this year. It’s been about a month of feeling really great now so I’m hopeful going forward I have less issue.

From what I’ve learned, it’s likely I will struggle again if my body is taxed by a virus or other contaminates. As we move into sick season, this is your yearly reminder to:

Reschedule if you are feeling unwell.

Not only because I don’t want to share germs with you but also because your body doesn’t need the extra stress of processing a massage on top of processing a virus.

I will be keeping an eye on the local community and if I notice a surge of covid or flu, you’ll see me wearing a mask just to make sure I’m keeping myself safe.
